3. Reasons We Do NOT Provide Refunds

  • Third-Party Issues: Google Meet or Zoom service interruptions
  • User Technical Problems: Internet connectivity, device compatibility, or user error
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Planned system updates or improvements
  • Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events

7. Subscription Cancellation

While you cannot receive refunds, you may cancel future subscription payments:
